 Sensory Garden Synopsis

Click here to view a sample Sensory Garden landscape plan.

The purpose and intent of a sensory garden is to provide a space for individuals to experience plant material that will engage all five senses: sight, scent, sound, taste and touch, in a controlled, safe environment.

This design application provides a soothing, calming atmosphere that can be utilized by hospitals, long-term care facilities, prisons, etc., not only for patients, inmates, but also for staff.

A modified design can also be enjoyed by home owners, along with companies that wish to provide their staff members a destination to relax and re-charge.
